Before the association was created, members of the public were left at the mercy of their own ability to judge if the company which was selling them property abroad were reliable and honest. Consumers can now come to the AIPP to check a company’s background and be assured that they are dealing with professionals who abide by the association’s Code of Conduct, thus proving their commitment to the highest possible standards when providing consumers with their services.

All AIPP members have also agreed to be bound to the Disciplinary Procedure, which will be applied should the professionals fail to follow the Code of Conduct.

When you deal with an associated company which is a member of they AIPP, you can feel safe in the knowledge that the company has been inspected, evaluated and approved and has voluntarily signed the organization’s Code of Conduct.
